Disclaimer

Our pages are intended for entertainment, educational, commercial and public relations purposes only. We do not actively promote or encourage inexperienced or amateur storm chasing -- nor do we provide chasing instruction or forecasting data because there are many web sites already providing this information for amateur and beginning chasers. Our pages may include storm safety information, provided as a courtesy by various weather-related sources.

Mr. Faidley has over 17 years experience with chasing and photographing severe weather. He has experienced numerous close calls. Those who wish to imitate the activities of Mr. Faidley or other chasers seen on the Internet, understand storm chasing is hazardous and involves great risk.

Upon accessing any of our webpages, the viewer agrees to hold harmless Weatherstock®, Storm Chaser® Services, Warren Faidley, our heirs, assigns and agents from any and all liability and responsibility for any injury, death, loss of property or mental anguish caused by any form of storm chasing activity. The viewer acknowledges there are numerous sites on the Internet providing active chase directions, chase information, forecasting, etc. Furthermore, you agree not to use any of the data or information from our pages for chase activities.

NEVER RELY ON THE INTERNET DURING PERIODS OF SEVERE WEATHER. Links to severe weather data may not be active due to outdated addresses. During hazardous severe weather periods, the Internet is often overloaded. Have a back-up source for obtaining critical information, e.g., television, radio or National Weather Service radio.

Storm chasing is inherently dangerous and ALWAYS involves risk of injury, death, loss of property and mental anguish. Tornadoes, lightning, reptile bites and insect stings, large hail, high winds, flying or falling debris, dust storms, fire, other chasers, food poisoning, flash flooding, hydro planing, criminal acts and motor vehicle accidents pose serious threats to anyone conducting chase activities. It is almost impossible to remove the dangers involved in chasing without diminishing the objectives.

If you wish to become involved in storm chasing, please see our storm chaser classifications.

Those who wish to conduct any form of storm chasing, or any activity involving weather conditions do so at their own risk.

Thank you.
