A: School projects and limited educational use:
We will allow the continued copying of existing images from our websites for school and student use AS LONG AS THE FOLLOWING TERMS ARE MET AND NOT ABUSED. We cannot "forward" or email any type of free file! We have established a "royalty free" site where educators and students may purchase selected images at a discount. This site is located here.
You may use our images for school or limited educational purposes (including web sites, teacher aids and school use printing) without further permission as long as the conditions below and herein are met. Any school or educational use may not involve any use connected with a commercial name, project, business, service, sponsor or product. If your web page or intended use is sold, or contains any commercial ads, commercial references, personal promotional, commercial links (buttons or banners) copying is NOT allowed and such uses will require further release and paid permissions

Student use mandatory requirements:
1: Only images credited to photographer "Warren Faidley" and or "Weatherstock
2: All images MUST contain the copyright and credit as seen on the image. Do not crop or otherwise removed the credit. If no copyright notice is on the image, one must be placed on it.
4: Images may not be used for any illegal, derogatory, libelous or otherwise damaging or misleading purpose. You may not create or otherwise devise a method, link or system to avoid these requirements and still use the images. Such abuses will be considered as a violation of copyright
laws. You may not download, copy or use any picture with a person in it without first obtaining release from Weatherstock.
5: Any copying or reproduction without
meeting the guidelines below will result in automatic reproduction fees* in addition to possible US copyright violation actions. All images are water marked for
tracking and security. We also conduct regular searches for our images using both watermarks and
other methods.
B: Personal web pages, charitable, religious and non-profit interests: Copying of images is no longer allowed due to numerous copyright abuses. For discounted images for in-home, personal, church or non-profit use, please visit this site. We also offer a CD with over 100 images, discounted for educators. Artistic reproductions derived from Mr. Faidley's pictures, including, paintings, watercolors, etchings and drawings are allowed if all of the following requirements are met:
Any reproductions made for profit or paid
viewing require a mandatory 20% commission (of gross) upon the sale. You must notify our office of any and all such renderings before they are created or sold. If we do not receive such
notification in advance, a 50% commission (of gross) is will be charged in addition to possible copyright actions. Bulk printings,
e.g., posters or postcards of artworks derived from Mr. Faidley's pictures, must be licensed through
our office before creating or printing for licensing.
All artworks, including personal and commercial pieces must include the following on the reverse
(always visible) side of the artworks and/or the mounting materials: "Artworks derived from a
© Copyright picture of Warren Faidley." Any authorized renderings are violations of US copyright
laws.
*Abuses or unauthorized uses will be billed at up to 500% of our normal fees for similar use,
in addition to possible copyright violation actions. Please note that we use robot, keyword
and manual searches to find violators. In addition, we offer rewards for information leading to
the successful recovery of damages for illegal uses of our images.
