Image accuracy statement
All images seen on our pages, in our books, calendars, products, etc., are editorially accurate, using only the following editorially accepted image modifications unless otherwise noted: dodging, burning, sharpening, contrast (+ or -), cropping, color correction (including enhancement for 72 dpi web page viewing) spotting and cleaning. We are not responsible for any mis-labeled, copied or infringed image in which the original editorial warning has been removed or otherwise altered.

Any digitally created image or illustration will be noted as such. False or misleading statements regarding the authenticity of our images is prohibited by law.

Libel
We stand by our excellent reputation. In an age of often uncontrolled electronic communications, it is easy for individuals or competitors to spread false and damaging information. Civil laws provide severe penalties for publishing, posting or stating false, defamatory, misleading, damaging, slanderous or otherwise libelous information -- including libelous acts related to business services, trademarks, sponsors, agents, company operations, products, professional reputation and credibility. Exemptions of liability may extend to Internet service providers but exemptions DO NOT extend to the host(s), owner(s), author(s) or moderator(s) of discussion groups and/or websites, especially those who allow a pattern of continued abuse. Any and all libel abuses, will and have been vigorously pursued.

Webpages, HTML and Search Engine Abuse
The law provides civil and/or criminal penalties for purposely causing harm to a business or individual by Internet fraud, domain name abuse, search engine misuse, or maliciously causing harm to a website or server. Such offenses include, hacking into a site to cause disruption, sending debilitating mass email spammings or deliberately placing viruses or worms on a host or e-mail server, or publishing false pages. The malicious manipulation of search engine rankings, webpage operation or deliberately raising "per-click" charges violates state and federal laws.

Copyrights and Trademarks
All Weatherstock^®, Warren Faidley, Fire Stock^TM and Storm Chaser^® pages, text, quotes, keywords, html coding, images, logos, banners and movies are © copyright Warren Faidley or the noted source. Additional logos and banners are trademarked by the owner. Logos and links are not endorsements of our pages or the services by the owners. No listed corporations, links, individuals or organizations are intended as direct endorsements of our products, services or editorial comments unless otherwise noted. We will remove any logo, link, name or affiliation from our pages upon request. Any unauthorized reproduction, printing, publishing, internet or web page use of any image without our expressed written permission, will result in a mandatory minimum (non-permission) use fee of 500% of our normal rates in addition to any legal actions or damages for copyright violations.

Weatherstock^® and Cyclone Cowboy^® are registered US trademarks. A class IC 042 federal service mark exists for Storm Chaser^® for the services of supplying photography, cinematography, video and compact disc images of weather conditions. A federal class IC 016 service mark is registered for Storm Chaser^® for consulting services. Additional federal, state and common use law trademarks are held or pending for similar or same names, logos and slogans. Attempts to infringe upon, damage, slander or otherwise defame our marks will result in legal actions including the recovery of damages.

The design of pages, the text, html coding, color schemes, layout and overall look of our webpages are protected by copyright and/or trademarks, both federal and/or state marks and/or pending marks. Copyrights extend to the html search word coding and text used in our webpages. All special effects and digitally manipulated images, including artistic concepts, cropped pictures, and modified public domain images are copyrighted.

We have implemented a zero-tolerance for law breakers. We offer up to a $2,500 reward for information leading to the successful prosecution and legal recovery of damages concerning copyright infringements, libel, trademark/service mark abuses, website abuse or Internet fraud against our interests. All reports will be held as legally confidential.

Release of Liability and Acceptance of Risk
Storm chasing is inherently dangerous and ALWAYS involves risk of injury, death or loss of property. Hazards including tornadoes, lightning, hail, high winds, debris, flooding, hydro planing, and motor vehicle accidents pose serious threats to anyone conducting a "chase." Those who wish to conduct any activity near a storm or hazardous condition do so at their own risk. Upon accessing any of our pages, the viewer agrees to hold harmless Weatherstock^®, Storm Chaser^® Services, Warren Faidley, our heirs, assigns and agents from any and all liability and responsibility for any injury, death or loss of property caused by any form of storm chasing activity. The viewer understands and agrees our pages are for entertainment, commercial, educational, safety promotions and public relations purposes only. We do not promote the inexperienced chasing of any weather condition. We do not provide any storm chasing forecasting data or instruction.
